NOTE** NWODGA Raffle is for a 6CFM goat basic milking system, complete & ready to use. BUT you are welcome to work directly with Simple Pulse to upgrade to your hearts content to make it EXACTLY what you'd like... so if you are wanting a fancier system, simply contact Simple Pulse directly to choose your upgrade options and pay only the difference in cost! You will work directly with Simple Pulse to make any upgrades! 

You have your choice between 3 styles of inflations. You can mix and match styles to fit the needs of your animals. If you plan on milking 1 animal at a time you will need 2 inflations, if you plan on milking 2 animals at a time or a cow, you will need 4 inflations. The main difference between the Standard and Nigerian are the length, the opening diameter is similar. Standard inflations (9 3⁄4”) fit standard sized goats and cows. Nigerian (8”) are a shorter inflation for shorter goats, will also work on most standard sized goats and cows. Top Flow Z (6 1⁄4”) are a specialized inflation with a built in claw, they are the shortest option but considerably more expensive and do require a disassembly rod for weekly deep cleaning, sold separately.

We have two different hose selections. Transflow and Silicone. Both are raw milk approved. If you have limited mobility in your hands or are going to be milking in extremely cold temperatures, you will appreciate the silicone hose. If you will be milking in an extremely humid environment, based on customer feedback, the Transflow hose seems to do better at deterring mold development in the hose.

Transflow – It is specially formulated to reduce the risks that can occur with the use of rubber tubing. It is made to not dry out or crack which allows it to last longer than rubber tubing. Transflow tubing has a smooth, non-porous bore that reduces the occurrence of buildup of butterfat or milk solids and it is not affected by strong cleaners. It is clear which permits immediate visual inspection of your milk and the cleanliness of your lines. Contains no BPA or phthalates.

Silicone – Silicone is unaffected by temperature meaning it will perform the same at 90 degrees or -20 degrees maintaining the same flexibility and ease of use. This is the main difference between it and the Transflow tubing, its flexibility. Silicone will not dry out or crack. Milk, fat, bacteria and cleaning solutions will not react with the silicone thus not allowing deterioration of the milk line. Contains no BPA or phthalates.
